What to check when Koya does not show up or does not answer.

My server is not in the list

Check that you are logged in to the right Discord account. If not, log out and log in again with the right one.
You need the Manage Server permission on the server to add a bot to it.

Koya is on the server but does not answer

Check that Koya can see the channel and send messages in it. Channel permissions override role permissions.
Type / and look for Koya in the list. If its commands are missing, a server admin may have restricted them in Server Settings › Integrations › Koya.

Still stuck

Ask on the support server with the name of the command and what Koya did, or did not do.
