Each case shows its Case number, Action, User, Moderator, Reason, Duration and Date. Actions Koya takes on its own show System as the moderator.

Filter the list by:

  • case number,
  • action type, such as Ban, Kick, Mute, Timeout, Warn or Note,
  • user ID,
  • moderator,
  • date range.

Edit changes the reason of a case. If the case was posted in your moderation log channel, Koya updates that message too.

Delete removes a case for good.

Members with the Administrator permission can edit and delete every case. Other moderators can only edit and delete their own.

Warnings themselves are listed and removed with /warns, see Warnings.
