The announcement image does not show

Use a direct image link for the background of your announcement image.

The Background Image of an announcement needs a direct link to an image. Links to images posted on Discord, and Imgur albums, are refused.

  1. Upload your image to an image host such as Imgur.

  2. Right click the image and select Copy image address. A direct link usually ends with .png, .jpg or .gif.

  3. Open Messaging › Announcements, paste the link in Background Image, then save.
