How energy and health points are spent and how they come back.

Energy and 
health limit how much you can fight in a row. Your profile shows both.
Energy
Section titled “Energy”Energy is spent by:
- Battles with
/battle - The
Colosseum - Expeditions with your ⛵ boat
- Dives
It comes back on its own over time, faster with 
Adventure Premium. A level up refills it completely and raises its maximum.
Health
Section titled “Health”Battles cost health, and you need enough of it to start a new one. A lost battle leaves you with no health and no energy.
Health comes back over time, and faster as your level rises. Its maximum grows with your level and with your Armament Haki.
To heal right away, use a healing item:
- Buy them in
/shop battle, in the healing category. - Use them with
/inventory use, or before a battle starts.
Get a reminder
Section titled “Get a reminder”/adventure reminders can DM you when your energy or your health is full again.
