Dashboard Troubleshooting

Having problems with the dashboard? Read this page!

I don't see my server!​

First of all, make sure you are logged into koya.gg with the correct Discord account.

Is it the right account

If this is not the case, click on Not You ? and log in to the correct account.

Secondly, check that you have the necessary permissions to manage Koya on the dashboard.
You must have at least Manage Server permission on the server you want to manage Koya.

Please note

Servers may take a few minutes to appear on the dashboard if you have just added it to your beautiful server.
Click on "Refresh" to reload your server list.

I don't see all my text channels​

  • Check that Koya can see the channels you want
  • Koya doesn't display announcement channels, so disable this function

If it's a recent channel, or you've just given it permission to see it, it may have a little delay until it appears on the dashboard.
